Quick Trigger is a utility included with the Ooh!Media 3 software suite, designed to facilitate the manual activation of messages across adaptive signage and display solutions. This application provides a straightforward mechanism for operators to trigger specific messages loaded onto digital signs, regardless of their pre-existing scheduling parameters. The mobile version offers a streamlined interface, providing essential functionalities in a compact format, which allows users to interact with sign content conveniently via their mobile devices.

To utilize Quick Trigger effectively, users must first obtain the IP address of the target sign. This can be accomplished through several methods:
<ul>
<li>Within Ooh!Media 3 software: Access the schedule section where the sign list displays detailed information. If the "IP Address" column is not visible by default, right-click on the column headers and enable it.</li>
<li>Using Adaptive Diagnostics software: Launch the diagnostics application, which automatically detects and lists configured signs. The "Auto discovery" feature can further facilitate network scanning for signs.</li>
<li>By rebooting the sign: The sign's startup messages typically include its IP address, providing an alternative means of identification.</li>
</ul>

Regarding message management, users can prepare specific messages to be triggered on demand. Within Ooh!Media 3, this is achieved by scheduling messages as "inactive," ensuring they do not run automatically. These messages can then be activated manually via Quick Trigger whenever necessary, allowing for dynamic and context-sensitive displays without altering the overall schedule.
